DJ has been creating websites for over 8 years. By utilizing industry-leading software, DJ creates sites that function and perform at the highest level. He then implements SEO tactics to rank your site above the competition, leading to more organic traffic, conversions and sales.

Dana Wilkins
President - Abundance Consulting
Dana has extensive experience leading a team in a Senior Executive position in Government. He has used the skills gained by his experience and completing his Masters of Business Administration in Executive Management and International Study, to not only assist small businesses but also large corporations address their issues and assist them in positioning them for growth and profitability into the future. Dana has done this with a team of highly skilled professionals in his Business Consulting Corporation, and has also started a number of businesses of his own. Dana’s passion is to help people personally or with their business issues!

Peter Neufeldt
President - Peak Performance Consulting
Peter is a successful entrepreneur who has owned several businesses in Regina. For the past 20 years he has been President of Peak Performance Consulting and has focused on helping new businesses to get started with a strong foundation. He has also guided many established businesses in their continued quest for growth and profitability.
Peter has provided coaching, consulting and training to local, national and international businesses since 1989. He is looking forward to working with you to establish and grow your business.

Eight weeks, every Tuesday from November 3 to December 22
Week One
- Begin with the end in mind – develop your Vision
- Embark on a process of self-discovery
- Identify how you can incorporate your values and passion into your business
- The session followed by 2 hours of one on one coaching with Peak Performance and Abundance Consulting – to work through questions and clarify expectations
Week two
- Key short-term goals, long term goals and strategy – how you will do it
- Identify the effects of Porter’s Five forces regarding risks and opportunities for your business
- The session followed by 2 hours of one on one coaching with Peak Performance and Abundance Consulting – to work through questions and clarify expectations
Week Three
- Continue building the Business Plan –lay out a comprehensive plan, assess and analyze Industry and Market, Competitors, Operations and Finance as key areas to maximize the potential for investment and likelihood of success
- Research tips and tricks
- The session followed by 2 hours of one on one coaching with Peak Performance and Abundance Consulting – to work through questions, to come up with completed business plan that you could take to any financial institution or investor!
Week Four
- Reviewing Assignments and Business Plan Progress
- Session followed by 2 hours of one on one coaching with Peak Performance and Abundance Consulting – to work through questions and clarify expectations
Week Five
- Strategy
- Concept blueprint
